Can't play audio or video in Safari

BACKGROUND

Some users report they are unable to play certain movie files in uTorrent Web. Other people report the audio works but the video does not.

SOLUTION

As of January 23, 2020, we do not have a permanent solution for this problem. We are working on a resolution but do not have any timeline to share. Please use VLC to play any files that do not play in uTorrent Web. You can download the latest VLC here -https://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-macosx.html
