Managing your payment method
You can now conveniently update your payment method online without the need to contact customer support.
Please follow these instructions to update your payment method:
- Go to BitTorrent Help Center and click on Premium Support (Pro and Ad-Free users only).
- When prompted, enter your email address and order ID*, then click on Access Premium Support.
*If you are unable to find your Reference/Order ID, search your email inbox using keywords: Torrent, BitTorrent or PayPro Global.
Once logged in, click on the drop-down icon next to an active order and then click on Manage Payment Info.
You will then be redirected to PayPro Global, our payment processor.
If you are logging in to PayPro’s portal for the first time, use the email address associated with your order as your username, then click on the option to reset your password to get a new password delivered to your inbox.
Once you have signed in, you may follow these instructions to update your payment method:
- To update an existing card, go to the My Credit Cards menu and click on the Update option next to the card you wish to update.
- To add a new card, click on the +Add New Card button from the same panel.
- If you have more than one card registered, you may choose one of them as primary and keep the additional card saved for future use.
To assign a card to a particular subscription, go to Subscriptions and click on the Change Card option.
Please note you may switch from paying with PayPal to credit cards. However, vice versa is not allowed.
